Supply chain consulting agency, Spinnaker, has obtained the Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine Annual Green Supply Chain Award for 2018. This 12 months marks the eighth consecutive 12 months that Spinnaker has obtained the award. The award recognises small-mid and giant scale enterprises for leveraging green practices and options to drive sustainable practices inside their supply chains.
Spinnaker’s service centres round demand/supply planning, procurement and sourcing, logistics and warehousing, and reverse logistics enterprise efficiency. The firm’s supply mannequin combines skilled administration and know-how consultants with a seasoned staff of enterprise course of outsourcing and Third-party logistics professionals.
The firm’s initiatives have diverted 1.5mn kilos of refuse from landfills, redirecting them to remanufacturing, reuse and recycling initiatives.
